Title:                    Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer: Network Performance Management, Applications Performance Management & Security (NPM / APM / NETSEC / DDOS)

-          Tier 1 Financial Services Customers

Location:                UK, London: remote 

Our Client is a global provider of NPM, APM, NETSEC & Cyber Security Solutions. Typically there customers are Large International Entities like TELCO’s, BANKS, Manufacturing even Governments.

We are looking for this individual to help support sales, of there technology/solutions into London HQ’d Tier 1 Banking customers.

Technical skills as well as tecno-commercial skills are key! Perhaps someone whom has come from an early career in Networking, Network Engineering…. That is looking to move into a Techno commercial role… or someone that has made the move already from Network Engineering into Techno/Commercial Hybrid roles: perhaps presales / sales engineering… though potentially could be in post-sales consulting, deployment or even Network Management or Product Management.

-          Key: Someone that comes from the technical background… but has the aptitude and ability to engage with customers in a Presales: Techno/Commercial role.

Preferred Background:

Most likely:

-          minimum of 10-15 years work experience with potentially 3-5 years presales consulting experience (or other techno/commercial specialism),

-          Will have solid Network / Network Engineering skill set

o    accreditations from cisco (or other networking vendor….) would be great… but not essential

Travel:

-          This role will be based from home but will be working with clients and will require travel to customer premises. As such applicants should be open, and expect to, travel when appropriate to do so.
