Title:                 Project Consultant (Analyst, Project Manager): Mobile Cloud

Location:           HYBRID: remote and office (office location: South East / South Central UK)

Our client is a UK-based software company that provides cloud-based solutions for telecom service providers worldwide. Their key offerings include platforms for Mobile Cloud, enabling MNOs and MVNOs to monetize mobile services as well as for Carrier Cloud voice solutions

Role Overview:

This role, as Project Consultant, will support sales, project delivery, and manage customer requirements for our clients Business Support System (BSS) solution for mobile service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Gather and translate client requirements; communicate regularly with stakeholders; advise clients on best practices.
  • Solution Design & Testing: Work with technical teams to customize solutions, ensure technical feasibility, and oversee testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
  • Post-Implementation: Manage change requests and system improvements post-deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with telecom BSS solutions (billing, CRM) and familiarity with industry standards (e.g., 3GPP).
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integration.
  • Communication: Strong client management and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver solutions.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented with cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in a similar role, ideally in telecoms.
  • Familiarity with leading BSS vendors and cloud technologies is a plus.
